About Us

We offer infrastructure services for fluids conduction: pipeline ballast -offshore and onshore-, anticorrosive coatings application, anodes supply and installation, port services, permits for fuel transfer, strategic fiscal precinct, and manufacturing yard for metal and precast concrete elements.

Our manufacturing yard is located on the riverbanks of the Coatzacoalcos River in the state of Veracruz, it has a private dock, indoor and open-air storage space, inside or onshore of the dock, maneuvering yard for the customer’s vehicle fleet.

It is a 15.5 hectares area with 278 meters long and 6 meters deep dock, and 3,000 square meters of industrial buildings for the development of all our processes.

We can manufacture great tonnage structures, to be loaded on vessels of up to 5,000 tons at our dock.

Pipeline ballasting

What do we do?

  • To give stability to the pipelines we manufacture, we apply ballast and anti-corrosion coating to these structures, before taking them offshore for interconnection.
  • Pipeline cleaning (shot blast).
  • We manufacture flexible concrete matrices, which are used to give weight to the pipes installed undersea and as padding for lines in submarine crossings, bridging and protection of lines in crossings with anchor cables.
  • Some of the ballast applications are found in: ports, docks, lakes, temporary roads and dams.
  • We ballast steel pipes from 8″Ø to 48″Ø.

Manufacturing yard

What do we do?

We are certified as a highly competent company for the manufacture of structural elements and pressure vessels.

  • We manufacture structures such as: expansion curves, risers, devil traps, spools, valves and underwater shots.
  • We offer prefabricated lines from 4”Ø up to 36” Ø, and their protectors and valves, as well as supports for different line diameters.
  • Various sizes cantilevers and platform extensions
  • Various diameters and lengths braces
  • Control and electrical rooms.
  • Pedestrian and line driving bridges.
  • Oil well burners.

Anti-corrosion coating

What do we do?

  • We have a system of applied, primary, intermediate and finished coatings.
  • We constantly test and improve coatings in our Quality Control Laboratory.

Quality Control Laboratory

What do we do?

  • Our laboratory is in charge of carrying out tests on the concrete coatings that we manufacture. This is how we ensure that they have the optimal quality.
  • We work under the standards of the reference standard NMX-EC-17025-IMNC-2018 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”.
  • This laboratory is accredited by the Mexican Accreditation Entity (EMA) in the basic tests of the concrete sub-branch; It is currently in the process of expanding the scope in two methods of this same sub-branch.
